2nd Annual Summer Cross Country camp
Cross Country Championships are run in November but won in the summer!
Are you an incoming 9th-12th grader? Are you looking to go from the back of the pack to midpack? From midpack to front of the pack? From front of the pack to winning championships? Then our Summer XC Camp is for you! Let us help you be the best runner you can be. Summer is the time to be building your fitness so that you can be prepared to train come time for the season to start.
a training group of high schoolers dedicated to making themselves better distance runners
a coach with years of experience training young runners to the highest levels of distance running
unlimited access and weekly touch base
a personalized plan to get you into racing shape that's portable and you can take with you on your many travels throughout the summer. It's updated as we go based on your strengths/weaknesses and changing fitness.
Education on every aspect of the art and science of running: whether it's training, racing, nutrition, recovery, hydration, etc...
Details
We will train starting week of 5/27 and running through the week of 7/22 in time to return you to your coaches.
Most weeks we'll meet 5-6 times per week
(week of 5/27 will be abbreviated as we hope to be traveling to Hoka Festival of Miles)

If you're a college runner home for summer and have your plan from your coach, but just would like a group of dedicated athletes to run with, reach out! Your payment for group access will be being a good example!
