Winter is the Time to maintain and build that hard fought fitness you have worked so hard to get.
Cross Country is over, your muddy spikes are molding in their bag 😀. After a short break to rest and recover and it's time to start your build up for spring track. To help you with that, CTxRC is offering a Winter Running Group to help you maintain and build up your fitness so you can perform your best this Spring.
